I highly recommend Mr Katsnelson to anyone in need of his services. Mr Katsnelson handled my case with great attention and care. He made me feel confident and answered all my questions. I was very nervous and stressed over this situation and he put my mind at ease. Mr Katsnelson worked hard for me saved me time in court and most of all money by not going to trial and getting the charge dismissed and dropped before a trial. I am so thankful for all the time and hard work he put into my case and get the outcome he believed I deserved. Mr. Katsnelson was easy to to talk to and made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. Mr Katsnelson is an excellent attorney he was extremely professional and all around nice guy. Mr. Katsnelson worked with my husband on his case since 2018-2020. During this entire process of the criminal court case, he has been very professional. Once again, I owe my life to Yan Katsnelson. While the circumstances can be debated, in a nut shell, I found myself in trouble for trying to help out an elderly disabled citizen & fighting for their rights against a huge financial institution. It ended up with me in hot water & a huge corporation against me. Yan defended me like no other possibly could. The states offers were insane. Yan fought for me tooth & nail to get me cleared of any wrong doing & or penalties. There is not a better lawyer in New York City. First I want to THANK Mr KatsNelson for the huge part he played in my freedom today. 2018 I was arrested on 11 counts of a firearms. It was a wrong place wrong time situation for me. My bail was 150,000 and he assured my family he would get me out on bail and he did! Never have I ever been in trouble with the law before so this was all new to me. When I met Mr KatsNelson he was polite, informative, knowledgeable and very assuring and confident in beating this case. Not to mention he’s very well known among his peers and the community of Staten Island. He ALWAYS called me back when I had doubt and fears to assure me we will be the case.
