Nick Pedersen was my attorney for a time in my children's custody case and made up a very good parenting order for me l was very happy about .After that was over, My childrens mother filled out the divorce papers herself and I brought it to Nick to look it over about 7 months ago.He told me it wasn't done wrong,but there were some things we agreed upon that needed to be written in the divorce papers that weren't .All he told me he was doing was writing everything my childrens mother and I already agreed upon to revise the divorce papers .When I read it ,he added that I was going for SOLE CUSTODY ( I never asked for that nor did my ex and I agree on that) and when I told him to take that out and asked him why he put that in there he said it was just legal terms and he would simplify it for my ex,and that he never sent it to her but he actually did send it .ive been going through hell after that .my ex put orders of protection against me and my children where I didn't see them for 2 months ,an ACS investigation had to be done and spent another 15 thousand on another attorney because my ex believes I was trying to take her children away from her ,and he charged me $1,500 for those "revised " divorce papers I told him not to send that he sent anyway that I'm still paying off . This put my children and I through the most traumatic situation of our lives that were still dealing with
