My wife and I bought a new home and sold our first home recently. We hired Mr. Rampulla to represent us through the process. There was a lot of different parties involved, a lot of information flying back and forth and tons of things to consider— but with Mr. Rampulla we felt so comfortable knowing that we had someone representing our best interests. He took the time to learn our situation, advised us and made sure that we got everything we needed out of the deal. Mr. Rampulla is friendly, knowledgeable and communicates beautifully. We also have to shout out Lisa and Alyssa from Rampulla's office, they were amazing. We'd definitely hire Rampulla again and would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.
