We had some obstacles and many questions/concerns in purchasing a house. The contract that the seller's attorney gave to us was three times longer than the contract I received when I bought a house years ago. Chris was very patient in answering our many questions/concerns. He looked out for our interests by adding and deleting legal clauses to protect us. He is not just knowledgeable, but also personable.
