Mr. birch was referred to me by a friend, i had gotten two moving violations,crossing a double line and failure to yield, totalling 5 points , my current driving job and my potential MTA job was in jepordy, so i hired Mr. Birch he was very professional and he assured me me he would do his best to get these tickets dismissed after a few postponements and thats exactly what he. Did, I cant thank him enough for saving my job and my future at the MTA. i would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good traffic lawyer.

Jamie took care of cell phone ticket for me that had been hanging over my head for over a year and a half. I already had points on my license so 5 more would have made my insurance coverage astronomical. Jamie saved the day. Got everything dismissed! He is a first class attorney!

James was personally referred to me by a friend, and regardless of that fact, his professionalism was nowhere to be found. James made multiple assurances to me regarding my case, and told me what he figured I wanted to hear. He took his fee, and then promptly disappeared. I called his office 5 times, never got a hold of him, and left messages for him to call me back. I have heard nothing for well over 8 months now. I emailed him 4 times, not once did he reply. Not a single call or email returned. So, not only did he lie to me about my case, he ignored any attempt of contact whatsoever. I would urge anyone thinking about using this lawyer to take their case elsewhere.

When I hired Jamie Birch to handle my case at the DMV court in Staten Island, I was almost certain I was going to lose my driving privilege. James Birch is an EXCELLENT attorney. My wife who also happens to be an attorney recommended Jamie to help me with my speeding ticket in Staten Island. The ticket was for 70 mph in a 35 mph construction zone. I tried to explain to the officer that I was NOT traveling at that speed but he refused to discuss it. Facing a large fine, points on my clean licence and a possible suspension I was more than worried. Jamie, reassured me and took over. Nearly 2 years from when the ticket was issued, Jamie had the fine reduced, and no suspended licence. I use my car for sales call and that was my biggest worry. I received an 11 point moving violation and even though my driving record is spotless there were concerns of license suspension because of well known Staten Island VTC track record. James timed my court appearance masterfully and did all the work managing the process and appearing on my behalf. His actions saved my license, $500 in ticket fines and driver responsibility fines and hours of work on my side.

Fantastic experience!! I received a ticket for being on cell phone which, in fact was a water bottle that I was drinking from and not a cell phone that I was talking on. Office had no interest in my explanation. James asked for all supporting documents to clearly show that I was not on cell and he took it from there. I did not need to worry about anything from that point forward. James patiently worked with courts to return a not guilty decision. I would absolutely recommend his services.
