Best lawyer there is! I received a few traffic tickets and came to Mr. Birch for help. He returned my call very quickly and gave me great advice. He ended up representing me in court and once I gave him the ticket information, I didn’t even have to think about the ticket until I was given a not guilty verdict. He let me know the results the day after and I could not be happier with the experience. I will absolutely use him again if I get any more tickets.

Worst lawyer ever!! Never updated me about my case. When I called him the best answer he could come up with was that they mailed me the answer, which I never received. I was found guilty so I ended up paying for the ticket and his fee. The least they could’ve done is to give me a call and let me know about my situation. Waste of money!

Mr. Birch is very knowledgeable about traffic courts in New York City. Especially how things work in Staten Island where it can be rough. His experience in traffic court, especially Staten Island , is what you are paying him for. He knows how things work in the courtroom and how the judge will handle matters on each individual case. I had my 3rd speeding ticket in 14 months and would have definitely had my license suspended if I had not had MR. Birch representing me. I was going up against a highway patrol officer and they are considered experts in speeding tickets when it comes to the testimony in traffic court. Mr. Birch did get the officer to admit that his estimate of my speed was off by 4 miles per hour than what his radar said. The judge took that into consideration and Mr. Birch was able to put a doubt in the judges mind and I was found not guilty. Definitely would have had my license suspended. If not for Mr. Birch I would be taking the bus for 6 months. Thank you sir. You saved me from having a giant headache. Absolutely recommend James Birch if you get a ticket especially in Staten Island.
