They are friendly, quick and extremely helpful. I had a car accident case and they walked me through every step of the way. I highly recommend this law firm for anything you may need a lawyer(s) for.

They did not file the claim on time and don't respond to their clients in a timely manner. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Stay away. There are thousands of better attorneys out there. Funny how fast they respond to a negative review, but never to an email or phone call from their client. Of course they decided to let the case go because they just wanted a quick settlement. Trust me... they don’t care!

Due to negligence of a previous employer's building management, I slipped and fell in a stairwell. Luckily there was only an injury to my back and not my head. I was uncertain of what to do so I talked to a friend. I knew back injuries could be extremely problematic, and I was concerned about any kind of physical limitation that could spring out from this accident. There was also the concern of medical expenses and the worry of rehabilitation costs. I needed an injury law firm that I could trust, and went to D'Agostino & Associates at the recommendation of a friend. From start to finish, any concerns or worries I had regarding this legal matter were always addressed by the lawyer handling my case. Since the law firm has handled many slip and fall cases, they were able to anticipate my anxieties and the many questions circling my head regarding this situation. It was a relief to have them explaining everything even before I could get to some of the questions already buzzing in my head. That demonstration of experience and professionalism was just the right medicine for handling the anxiety that naturally goes along with this kind of situation. It was solid professionalism throughout the rest of the process. I was impressed with the abilities of the lawyer and grateful for everyone who was involved in the work going on behind the scene. I know there is a staff dedicated to providing results on the incredible amount of work and processing that accompanies every case with any law firm. My experience with D'Agostino & Associates has been positive and my gratitude for their hard work in achieving a settlement on my case has not diminished. I would recommend their expertise to anyone who finds themselves in need of representation in legal matters.

Very dissatisfied with lack of follow-through! I've sought information about claim since June 2019...always...excuses ...excuses ...excuses. Staff is apathetic. August 29, 2019...still awaiting promised result. UGH! Never...ever, again!!!

I had a slip and fall accident a few years ago. I was impressed that when I called this office, the investigator drove out to Manhattan, during a snow storm to take my statement since I could not travel. He was so polite. I think I heard from the office one time after that. It was months and I did not hear from D'Agostino. I decided to email the owner and give him a piece of my mind. Mr. D'Agostino, Esq. responded and by the time he was finished, I was apologizing to him for even sending the email. I knew he was a good attorney to make me switch my story. lol Every time I called, I was greeted with such professionalism. The woman who handled my medical reports, professional and courteous and made sure my exams were updated. The paralegal gave me the same professionalism. I felt like I was so important to them everytime I called. I think I called sometimes when I wanted to feel special. We all have our down days. SMILE I have been a client for so a few years, so it was bittersweet to recevie my settlement. Also, it could have been more if I would have followed up with my Doctor's appointments. So for those of you with a PI claim, make sure you keep up with your health. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. I cannot thank the owner, Jonathan D'Agostino and the amazing staff he hired enough. I will miss you all. I am truly grateful. I said, "I would not post until I received my check." My check is fine in my savings account. lol I have to laugh because I feel like I am ending a good relationship. Anyone reading, this is a great firm. I would surely recommend them.
