I was so impressed with this Law Office. Jon D'Agostino's office settled my case quickly and professionally. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. It can be very stressful going through any legal issue but I felt very comfortable speaking with them. I had gotten a lot of references and Jon's name kept coming up. This office and team is exceptional. I called the Dagostino law office after already calling a number of offices who either blew me off or promised return calls which never came. When I called the dagostino office I was placed on a very brief hold and was transferred to a direct call with Mr Dagostino himself. We spoke about my potential case and he offered to meet with me personally the very next day. He is a kind and friendly person who is easy to talk to and shows genuine interest in your case. After that initial meeting , my MVA case was handled and brought to resolution with compensation within only 1-2 months. Little involvement was required of me other than receiving phone calls from the office updating me on my case. I was very impressed and entirely satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.

Where do I begin. My husband got hurt on the job 6 months ago and we were referred to this “attorney”. My husband may never be able to work again (he’s not even 40 years old) someone called him every once in awhile to ask nonsense questions. He has to go for his hearing for his authorization for surgery and when something wasn’t clicking between his doctors office and this office so he had to call a few times some secretary told him “he used up all his calls for the day” GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Finally we sought council with another attorney who looked up his case and guess what?! Nothing was ever filed at all!!!!! I wish I could give less than one star. If anyone out there is desperate and looking for someone to do their jobs and help you get what you deserve in any situation, look elsewhere. Thank you for wasting 6 months of precious time.
