I could assure you that John Ryan D'Agostino can! On a routine visit to sign some papers, I noticed a HUGE file on J.R.'s desk, when I asked him about it he told me "Oh, that's just some of the work we've been doing on your case." Some of? How much was there? He showed me his computer screen with DAILY remarks on my little 'ole accident case. From legal to accounting, the medical dept. down to my car fare reimbursements it was all there! Boy did they make me feel special, confident and re-assured in my choice of attorney. By the way, J.R. thought they were taking their sweet time AND MADE THEM PAY ANOTHER THOUSAND DOLLARS! Just because he could! haha Love that guy!

Recently, while travelling on a transatlantic flight, I sustained severe burns from a flight attendant that spilled hot coffee on me. THE FIRM CONTACTED ME WHEN NECESSARY AND KEPT ME INFORMED AT ALL TIMES. WHEN THE FINAL NEGOTIATION FOR SETTLEMENT OCCURRED,ED PAVIA,KEPT ME ABREAST OF EVERY OFFER,COUNTEROFFER,ETC. HE LITERALLY CALLED ME EVERY 15 MINS. FOR ALMOST THREE HRS. ED PLAYED HARDBALL WITH THE INS. COMPANY AND SECURED 2X THE $ AMOUNT EXPECTED. IT WAS THE MOST SURREAL EXPERIENCE I EVER WAS INVOLVED IN. I RECEIVED-RATHER THEY DELIVERED TO ME PERSONALLY A CHECK WITHIN WEEKS! IF YOU WANT A HEAVYWEIGHT TO GO TO BAT FOR YOUR CASE-NOONE IS BETTER THAN THE FIRM OF D'AGOSTINO AND ASSOCIATES.MY GRATITUDE TO ALL WHO MOST GRACIOUSLY ASSISTED IN WINNING MY CASE!!!

Gave him my case 2 years ago, next month. Not one attorney has spoken to me in that time. My case isn't a complicated case. There were a witness and the other party was insured. Since then I have racked up thousands in medical care and purchases for my back. Massages, machinery etc. I'm maxing out my credit cards. In December 2012, my mother hand delivered a letter to the secretaries. I had written that I don't feel like I'm properly represented etc. I never heard from an attorney. Ever!! Don't know why this has taken so long. I now have a new case for an attorney but will not use this law firm.. But I must say the secretaries and the medical staff have been helpful. I will amend this review if and when I receive an offer or a call from an attorney.

I have used D'Agostino & Associates on more then one occasion and every time I have been more satisified then the first. Their family like office and their professionalism put my mind at ease thet I chose the best firm. I would highly reccomnd this firm to anyone looking for a personal attorney.

There is enough stress dealing with the repercussions of an accident. I found that working with Mr D'Agostino and his staff relieved much unneccesary stress which in turn helped me greatly. I want to thank the law team of Jonathan D'Agostino for handling my case. They handled my case with care and did a great job. I got my settlement check today and very happy that my case was resolved.
