Very dissatisfied with lack of follow-through! I've sought information about claim since June 2019...always...excuses ...excuses ...excuses. Staff is apathetic. August 29, 2019...still awaiting promised result. UGH! Never...ever, again!!!

Never call you back or update you... useless would not recommend ....

I had a slip and fall accident a few years ago. I was impressed that when I called this office, the investigator drove out to Manhattan, during a snow storm to take my statement since I could not travel. He was so polite. I think I heard from the office one time after that. It was months and I did not hear from D'Agostino. I decided to email the owner and give him a piece of my mind. Mr. D'Agostino, Esq. responded and by the time he was finished, I was apologizing to him for even sending the email. I knew he was a good attorney to make me switch my story. lol Every time I called, I was greeted with such professionalism. The woman who handled my medical reports, professional and courteous and made sure my exams were updated. The paralegal gave me the same professionalism. I felt like I was so important to them everytime I called. I think I called sometimes when I wanted to feel special. We all have our down days. SMILE I have been a client for so a few years, so it was bittersweet to recevie my settlement. Also, it could have been more if I would have followed up with my Doctor's appointments. So for those of you with a PI claim, make sure you keep up with your health. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. I cannot thank the owner, Jonathan D'Agostino and the amazing staff he hired enough. I will miss you all. I am truly grateful. I said, "I would not post until I received my check." My check is fine in my savings account. lol I have to laugh because I feel like I am ending a good relationship. Anyone reading, this is a great firm. I would surely recommend them. I have had the pleasure of using Johnathan D'Agostino and Assoc and I HIGHLY recommend this Law Firm. Not only did the staff but Jonathan himself kept in communication with me during the entire time the case was opened and checked up on me afterwards! I used them for the car accident that i was in that caused me to have physical damage and less then a year later I received my settlement. I had emailed Jon, and while he was on vacation with his family he emailed me back right away and got my issue resolved within minutes. I am so happy Jonathan D'Agostino handled my case. Jon and his team truly care about you, not just as a client.

The attorney had this claim for almost two yrs , I still have a bad shoulder, plenty of medical bills still in physical therapy. Case was closed due to they did not follow up with this lawsuit. There were videos and witneses and I couldnt even get a medical bill paid. Shame on the attorney that told me associates of the store needed to know the spill I fell on had to been seen by a store associate and had to have some color and not be clear total BS. The case was neglected and I feel they didnt get the attention it needed. 2 months before statue of limitation they drop my case and I only know because I called to ask about status. So please dont respond with BS cause thats all it is BS...
