Our family has been using M&L for years so when it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home in New Jersey, they were our obvious choice. Been doing all my legal work with M&L for over 10 years. They nursed me through several apartment purchases and leases, two home purchases, and one power of attorney. They took ownership of every transaction and were very accessible. In cases which involved another party, I always felt like I had a leg up should issues arise, since they proved to be more thorough and knowledgeable than their counterparts.

It would be impossible to write just how good my experiences have been since I have started using Martin & Loiacono. The firm leaves not a stone unturned and makes sure you are kept in the loop at every turn throughout the process. The big fear people have is that the Attorney's are never accessible. With this firm, that couldn't be further from the truth! And, in the rare instance they aren't available, Adriana Desimone knows EVERYTHING that's happening with your file. I had a closing with the offices of Martin & Loiacono, and I have to say, from top to bottom, they were most helpful and informative. I’m not sure who Peter Straub (another Google reviewer) dealt with, but is was definitely not M&L. They know what they are doing, they are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were always available to assist, and made the whole process extremely easy. Adriana seems to be at the office at all hours of the day, returning my phone calls when I didn’t expect anyone to be in the office. I’m not sure how Mr. Straub can say she’s a “know it all” and then claim she never answered called him back. Great office, great people! Thanks for the help!
