It was a pleasure to have Mike as my attorney when purchasing my first home. He’s very knowledgeable and took his time with the consultation. He will give you the pros and cons and let you make the ultimate decision. But once you know what you want, he makes the process easy.

I highly recommend Mr. Walsh. He is very experienced and you can immediately tell after meeting with him as he help guided us throughout the home buying process. When my parents closed on their last home 16 years ago, my dad said "I wish the other lawyer was representing us, he was GREAT!" Well, almost 16 years later and my father still remembered to recommend that other lawyer, Michael Walsh. Mike was great from our very first phone conversation. When we met with him in person, I was completely clueless with the homebuying process as a first timer. Mike explained everything we needed to know with full details. He put us at ease during a stressful time. During our closing, my realtor said and I quote "He gave you the best explanations of everything out of any lawyer I have ever worked with." (She's been in the business 30 years) Everyone asked if our closing was stressful, and it was not because we had Mike fully prepared us. Mr. Duskin is very unprofessional and rude. Didn’t help with our case. Lost money. Will never use again. And do not recommend
