I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Mike Walsh for a condo purchase. It very clear he is extremely well versed in the real estate transaction space. He gives you clear and straight to the point guidance to keep the transaction moving along. Many real estate attorneys are hard to get a hold of but Mike (and his paralegal Alexa) is always accessible via email/phone despite busy schedules. Being a nerve racking process already, many questions arose as a result (we have inquiring personalities), but they all went away as we simply ended up trusting Mike.
