I would not recommend Jesse. No need to get into detail.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jessie David Eisenberg Communication was virtually nonexistent—getting a response was like pulling teeth. When I did hear back, it was always excuse after excuse , unable to provide any kinds of proof of delivery and serving the documents, when I asked for details of the process, I received no information for months. When I mentioned that I would contact the Bar Association, Mr Eisenberg became nasty and said he doesn’t have to be threatened and said he is dropping my case ,To top it off, their attitude was downright rude. I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone. Beware and take your business your business elsewhere Total waist of $$$$$

Jesse did not follow through with my case, failed to file a notion to re-argue after loosing, essentially I was found guilty. His exact words : "We lost at trial due to a bad judge" OMG, such a disappointment! Do not waste your money, people. Use someone knowledgeable and someone who cares about his reputation.
