I had two trademarks that I tried to register myself : GTE and Puristest. Both trademarks failed and I then hired attorney Katrina Marie. She gave me 3 packages and one of them was for everything with a moneybac guarantee. I took the chance and it paid off. She got both of my tradmarks registered. Katrina reached out to me via email. She said she can do the service for a flat rate where other lawyers quoted me higher and said it may be a waste of money due to the complexity of the case. She got my trademark issue overrided and approved pointing out some pretty interesting details. The one thing I did not like was when I asked a question it took awhile to get a response (a week at one point). Overall, a good experience in which I got what I needed and or a good price.

Ms Marie was referred to me by a friend and I am exceptionally happy with the service I received. I had been struggling with getting my trademark registered. I had no idea what to do. I hired Ms Marie to work on my trademark application because we received an 'office action' from the trademark office. Ms Marie said she's get it done and that she did! She completed the whole thing within 24 hours and we were approved in just a few days.
