I was already divorced for 5 years when my ex husband decided to reduce my alimony in a significant way.This happened during Covid and the courts were not seeing these types of cases.For 2 years my Ex short changed me in alimony amounting to over $20,000.My Ex husband then served me a judgement to appear in court wanting the courts to permanently reduce my alimony by close to $900 per month for the remaining 9 years of my alimony.At this time I retained Mr Joseph O'Shea.My first conversation with my O'Shea he explained in detail all of the laws surrounding my case in my favor and reassured me that the law was in my favor.During this long{over 1 year)process Mr O'Shea was always available to speak with me,kept me up to date on everything,explained the laws to me and prepared me very well for several court appearances.After a long 2 years I won!!!The judge dismissed the case to have my alimony reduced.There was still the matter of back pay which Mr O'shea helped me settle that matter out of court and I am now getting my back pay.Mr O'shea has been wonderful and so knowledgeable.I could never thank him enough for all that he did and will be forever grateful.Had it not been for Mr O'shea I would have lost over $100,000 in alimony.I want to also thank Marilyn and Raquel who work withMr O'shea they were so helpful to me personally and to my case.If you want a good knowledgeable lawyer then Mr O'Shea is the right lawyer!
