My realtor recommended John and I am so happy we decided to use him! Whenever I had a question I would email John and I would have an answer within minutes, he was on top of his game. He made this process so easy. I appreciate everything he did for us.

I was referred to John Merlino, Esq. from my real estate agent to handle my 2 closings. I would definitely recommend this law firm. They did not disappoint. John explained the procedures and paperwork. He quickly responded to my emails and believe me, they were plentiful. I tend to be nervous. He was the perfect attorney for me. He was calm and very reassuring as this was all happening during COVID. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. The office is nicely decorated and clean. It was a welcoming environment. And this is coming from someone who was a paralegal and worked in several law firms. It’s important to walk into a place where the people are nice, it’s clean and quiet. Should the need arise, I would be happy to use Merlino and Gonzalez again.

John Merlino was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. His staff is also very professional. I highly recommend him and his staff. He explains everything before you sign anything. I used him twice already and would definitely use him again. Made sure we were satisfied with the contract of the house. my wife and I bought and also made sure anything we wanted put in the contract was put in. If you need a lawyer for buying or selling a house, I recommend him highly. Me and my wife were on both sides of contracts at different times and he handled them great.(buying and selling).
