Helene is one of the best attorneys in Staten Island, she kept me out of suspension for the first 2 moving violation tickets and got my 3rd ticket (stop sign) dismissed. My family has nothing but complete gratitude to offer towards Gallucci and his law firm. Prior to taking him on as my husbands attorney we had consultations with different lawyers. IMMEDIATELY these lawyers were talking worst case scenarios and pretty much saying there was no way around it. Not even attempting to do the work to get the best outcome. But the saying you get what you pay for is TRUE. Gallucci is booked and busy but still makes time for each case. I can confidently say he was working behind the scenes and got my husband the BEST OUTCOME his FREEDOM!!!! Sometimes we make impulsive choices due to hardships. However, not once did he judge or make us feel less then. Knowing you have someone in your corner fighting for your freedom is a wonderful feeling. I went to Mr. Gallucci for a problem with my son, and he was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and helped my son immediately. Saw the judge the next day, and everything was Taken care of immediately. I am a professional nurse and as a professional I highly highly recommend Mr. Gallucci. He saved my son from a lot of stress and heartache. I can’t say enough about him. He’s the absolute best!

Ok lawyer, but wants a lot of money for criminal cases or anything else in particular. He takes so many cases that he forgets who his clients are it’s insane and it would drive your family insane better off going with somebody else in Staten Island because he is not the best attorney in Staten Island at all and I’ve been going through this Dianana legal system for the last 20 years
