She is awesome! I rarely get tickets but this was a rare one that I received and was recommended to Helene and her team of experts by a friend who highly spoke of her. She has very prompt responses through email and phone from both her and her secretary. They constantly gave me precise updates for court reschedules and anything else that was needed on my end. She also assisted the friend who recommended me to her and she assisted him with multiple fines, highly recommend!

I honestly don’t know why this guy is a lawyer. Daniel Savino closed my case and didn’t even inform me. He was representing me in a workers comp case. Daniel and I met once, and after that, he barely spoke to me about the case. His secretary could barely understand, comprehend or communicate. He never kept in touch with me about anything going on. He never gave me any advice towards anything dealing with the case. I had to call other attorneys offices to find out information on certain thingns. I would email, text, call, but he would never respond or get back to me. The one time he called me he was frustrated for explaining himself and things in general (because i guess he thought I should just know like I went to law school) Meanwhile all this is happening and Im in pain and he’s not fighting for me. He gave me one word answers with no explanation. He also told me to go back to work while I was injured. This guy is a joke. He was referred by Brandon Broderick personal injury Law Firm.

Helen Mark is extremely professional attorney. She made a true magic with my, what seemed to be, a totally unwinning case. I would highly recommend her service for all traffic tickets issues.

Amazing attorney and office staff!! 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone!! Although the court date for my traffic ticket continued to be postponed because of COVID-19, I was consistently updated and was ultimately given a NOT GULITY result.
