Had a speeding ticket in Staten Island and Helene got it dismissed today she was honest from the start told me what she will do her best to try and get for me and we ended up getting it dismissed highly recommended

Helene and staff were excellent to work with. They took the worry away of traveling to deal with my ticket from Florida. They kept me up to date on the progress and stayed in communication for the whole long process. I would use them again if ever in this situation again. Hoping that doesn’t happen but if caught in a speed trap again I know who to call and who to recommend to my family who lives in that area.

Working with Helen was great. She was responsive, professional and helpful. She helped me get a ticket dismissed that i received from a state trooper, and we all know how difficult those are to get rid of! I am so thankful for her service and her dedicated effort to get this done for me. If you need a traffic lawyer don't even bother with anyone else, call her she will do right by you!

Helene Marks did a great job helping me with a cell phone ticket. She strategizes to get you into court on a good day with the right judge and she knows the court system. I'm grateful that she was able to get my ticket dismissed. Her rates were fair and her office assistant is super responsive and efficient. They make a great team.

I received a speeding ticket in November 2017. She recently lost my case in court. No suspension of license, but a hefty fine. In my opinion, it was a waste of my money. I should have just paid the ticket from the beginning. Also, I only received updates when I reached out to the office.

I would highly recommend this law firm if you are going through a divorce . They are extremely professional and Fran always answered my questions and concerns very quickly. I really must say she really knows what she is doing and did an awesome job when it came to everything I was suppose to receive in my settlement.
