I required Francine’s services for a divorce approximately five years ago. I’m writing this review now as I looked her up to see see if she offer services such as doing a will. She was excellent immediately following and during my proceedings my ex wife said she wished she used her first. No complaints here. I’ve since recommended her to a co worker who was satisfied with her services as well.

She is a very pleasant person , I got a cellphone ticket in staten island which that's 5 point ticket. She won the case so, I am free and clear. Thank you Helen Mark.

After being referred by my Son, Ms. Mark met me with a pleasant smile and in a professional manner. Her first words were I cannot make any promises She did however, say that she would try her best, and she did. When she helped my son she was able to win one case and reduce the fee and points significantly on another. While searching for a decent traffic attorney, I came across Helene Mark's name. I read her reviews and gave her office a call. Helene Mark is way more than decent. She is fantastic. Ms. Mark gives you all information up front without any false promises. In dealing with Ms. Mark it is clear her knowledge of the system and the Judges she's up against. I was called the day of my court case and on the advice of Ms. Mark, I decided not to postpone the hearing. The outcome could not have been better. The cell phone charges were dismissed. If she didn't call me to say we need to go through with this now because of her knowledge, I'm not sure it would have ever been dismissed. Another review stated that she gave false hope. I find that extremely hard to believe as Ms. Mark was completely upfront and honest. Excellent traffic attorney!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $250 for her services then went ahead and charged me another $40 because she did not attend my hearing and she put out another date without contacting me! I did all the calling to keep up with what was going on. She lost my case and had to pay the court an extra $150 to the court for the ticket. Not only did I spend $400 I now have an extra 5 points on my license for something I didn’t do. POLICE IN STATEN ISLAND ARE CORRUPT. And apparently the lawyers too. Don’t be fooled by the five star rates.

I'm not surprised to see Helene has these great reviews. She's smart, knows her stuff, isn't afraid to fight, and is a pleasure to deal with. She'll give you your best shot of winning in Staten Island.

HELENE IS THE BEST LAWYER OUT THERE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL YOUR TICKET NEEDS! I’m a 19 year old driver who had 15 points on my licenseand couldn’t afford anymore. I had a 6 point speeding ticket that would’ve put me over the edge and suspended me and possibly revocated me and Helene got it dismissed! Not only did she save my license, but she even got me bond money back! Best lawyer out there and would 100% use again!!
