I got arrested for aggravated DWI last June. I was convinced that I would forever have a criminal record looming over my head because of the incident. However, thanks to Mr. Cirigliano's strategy of submitting the proper motions to the court and waiting out the prosecution being prepared for trial, my sentence was reduced to a non-misdemeanor inebriated driving traffic violation. The fees and the time during which my license was to be suspended were significantly reduced and I do not have a criminal record today.
