I also happen to be an attorney, and I can safely say that Peter is one of the best at what he does. I've known him through his interactions with the Bar Association over the years and was always impressed by his professionalism - so much so that when it was time to sell, I hired Peter. No regrets.

Peter was retained to do what should have been a simple real Estate Closing. This was hardly the case as In a brief period of time the mortgage rate increased, unexpected repairs were required in the premises, utility and taxes were more than initially described and each of these matters required new offers and counteroffers. Incredible as it sounds the seller’s attorney then went missing and a nee attorney brought in and the process of attorney began again. Peter was there in each and every instance modifying, giving advise and making changes in hours. He was available even into the late hours of the nite and always in the morning. I could not ask for a more prepared and diligent attorney. I highly recomend him.
