Randy is professional, compassionate and an excellent Lawyer. No matter what day or time it is, she always replies back in a timely fashion. I was recommended to her from another lawyer to take care of a very complicated situation regarding a Coop ownership and estate legalities. She represented my elderly mother who is deaf and managed to help her through a very difficult ordeal and for that my mother is very appreciative and grateful that we chose her. She was very patient, knowledgeable and compassionate with my mother. I recently recommended her to a friend regarding a tenant eviction due to non payments and she came through with positive results. This situation could have been costly but she was able to negotiate and the tenants left. Her expertise in Landlord/Tenant and Estate Planning is outstanding. I would recommend her anytime!

Ms. Schustal was my mother’s attorney. They wrote her living will, as well as updating her will several times. When Mon passed, Randy was immediately available to answer our questions, and help us on the way through her estate. Selling real estate was part of the will. Tandy helped us through all phases of the process. She fielded issues from the other lawyers and parties very well. Her knowledge and experience made the process as easy for us as possible.
