I got this electronic devise which is a 5 points ticket, while I didn't have anything whatsoever in my hands, and the phone was in my pocket. The Staten Island officer was totally wrong about it, to the extent that I was impressed that the officer did it anyway because she just wanted to. In court, I saw people found guilty regardless. So I decided to get a lawyer to keep my records clean as it is. Luckily, I found Helene Mark who said phone records is not going to help because "electronic device" ticket could mean not in use phone. Also Helene picked some technicality in issuing the ticket, and that's how she presented her argument. THANK GOD SHE WON. I got off of it clean because that's the God honest truth. It was an unlawful and wrongful accusation that I truly didn't commit. But without this excellent lawyer Helene Mark, I had no chance. I definitely recommend her specially in Staten Island.
