I turned to Kirill Muchnik to establish a Special Needs Trust for my disabled son. My son's needs were rather unique. Kirill took the time to thoroughly research and communicate with out of state lawyers, Medicaid personnel as well as a Guardian ad Litem. I felt confident that everything had been executed perfectly and that I could rest easy with my decisions regarding the trust. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I used this firm for two reasons. One for my mothers elder plans And also for Sale of an estate The firm was very compassionate and understanding with all of our concerns with my mother whos very sick. She wanted to make sure her assests were safe and in place.We had come to the right place unfortunately .I then needed to sell her estate. I KNEW i was in good hands. Mr Karill Muchnik and Tracy were very professional , patient ,honest and always looked out for my best interest always. The closing on the sale went smoothly I would highly RECOMMEND them .THEY are a wonderful group of professionals.

Ms. Dow is a true professional! The Law is second nature to her & she knows it well. She is upfront & truthful with her clients, whereas other Attorney's may "lead you on" & tell you misinformation, just because this is what you want to hear. She informed me truthfully of any concerns that I did not want to hear because this is what was best for me. (and i needed to hear it) I was better off, in the end. Her presence in the courtroom is well respected, among her peers. When Ms. Dow enters the courtroom, they are fully aware of the knowledge, professionalism, courtesy & sincerity that has just entered. She respects the Law & the Law respects her.
