I recently sold a house and chose to do so without the help of a realtor. Because I had no realtor I had to rely on my attorney for many things that the realtor would normally take care of. I chose to hire Frank LaPerch, PC because I heard very positive things about him. I will tell you that he lived up to everything I was told and more. He was organized, proactive, efficient, a great communicator and so patient. I would recommend him as a lawyer to anyone looking to sell or buy a home (whether you are using a realtor or not).
