Mr. Inniss is a blessing ! I got charged with a felony dwi and was scared and worried about what would happen. I have a previous one from almost 10 years ago so was unsure of what my outcome would be. I hired Mr. Inniss and he got my felony dropped to a misdemeanor and now I will only be serving some time on probation and doing a few classes. I would highly reccomend him.

Randall F. Inniss Attorney at Law called me back very promptly. He spent at least probably an hour on the phone with me, giving me all kinds of information about my upcoming Refusal Hearing. He enlightened me on the Entire DWI process. Explaining things to me, that, even my own Defense Attorney or Public Defender did not explain to me. He treated me as a person, rather than a number,h went in depth about all kinds of things related to my upcoming hearing. I was highly, impressed, with his compassion, his understanding, and, the way, in which, he delivered the information to me. I do not usually leave reviews however, due to the exceptional service I received from Atty Inniss I am compelled to do so via AVVO and Google. His prompt response and knowledgeable expertise continue to impress me from start to finish. Atty. Inniss was able to successfully represent me in one court appearance without my need to interrupt business operations by having to take a day off. This is so valuable in terms of allowing operations/ revenue to continue while efficiently addressing the issue with which Atty Inniss did seamlessly. Additionally, his knowledge base, experience, and additional resources provided via conferance call and email was truly invaluable. I hope I don't need to retain him again, however, I will to do so should it be necessary in the future.
