Buying a home in the Hamptons felt extremely daunting until I started working with John. We recently worked with John to close on both the sale of our coop as well as the purchase of our house. He seamlessly closed both deals, and calmed our nerves throughout the entire process. Navigating the timing, complexities and ups and downs of both deals was not easy, but we always felt in good hands with John, knowing he would get the job done. Nice place, well kept, clean with barriers at the conference table. Was in and out fast for a house closing. They had all their ducks in a row some everything was simple and fast.
