As a solo practitioner, there never seems to be enough time to do all the things that need to be done and have a quality of life. Zuniga & Rinaldi cover many of my conferences and are certainly an important part of my law practice. I trust this firm to make appearances so I can be doing other things besides sitting in traffic to and from Court. I have worked with them for years and highly recommend them. They take a personal interest in my practice and in my opinion go above and beyond expectations both on a professional and personal level.

Zuniga & Rinaldi have redefined per diem services for the legal industry. We have always relied heavily on our per diem counsel. In the past, we were always concerned that the case would be covered, much less covered properly. With Zuniga & Rinaldi, everything from the phone call to the reports are handled professionally and promptly. The service is excellent and the cost is more than fair.....actually worth every penny. Keep doing what you are doing, as it is, by far and away, the best per diem service in the NYC area.

John is an excellent attorney to use for your house closing. He's efficient and thorough. I really can't imagine where the few poor reviews he has could have come from. If you're looking for a quality lawyer, give John a call. He is no nonsense, and professional. I would hire him again.

John Grunert is a professional and articulate lawyer. I just closed on my first home and do not think it would have gone as smoothly had John not represented me. He took the time to explain every item of relevance and importance to me and answered every question revealing an insight and knowledge that was reassuring (to say the least). His kindness and generosity were evident in the time and concern extended toward my close. Mr. Grunert made me feel as if I was his only client despite the reality of the situation. John's responses to my phone calls and emails were quick and efficient. His humor and humility put me at ease during what was an anxious time for me. A person would be fortunate to be represented by John Grunert.

I have used John on several occasions on my past closings. He is nothing but helpful and informative. He helps you along the whole process of purchasing and selling of real estate. I have recommended to several people and they all have experienced similar experiences.

He was nothing but professional, kept me up to date with everything going on with both pending deals, and always returned all my calls in a timely manner. I have purchased and refinanced multiple properties. John Grunert was always professional and responsive to my calls. Myself being a real estate investor I have dealt with other attorneys and never received the excellent service that i received from Mr. Grunert. i felt it was necessary to leave this review as most people are quick to complain but not compliment. I highly recommend Mr. Grunert as an attorney.

John Grunert was recommended through my agent whom I now know are friends and they are mutually beneficial to each other. I used him as my purchase attorney. He was rude, never returned my emails or calls. He never informed me about anything and didn't care to help. At times it seemed as if he was on the seller's side. I almost fired him and hired another attorney but the other attorney I wanted to hire told me I was too far in the process to change and would only cause problems. I should have just changed and dealt with the problems because I've never felt so cheated in my entire life. Don't believe the only positive review on this site because that is written by an extremely shady mortgage lender. They are mutually beneficial to each other, same as with my agent. The lender uses John as their closing agent to represent the lender and he gets paid for doing a 2nd job while also sitting in as my attorney....ridiculous. Agents and shady lenders recommend him while he helps them with their businesses but harm his clients. Stay away. I never write reviews online but my experience was so terrible that I had must share to warn others not to fall into the same fate as I did. If I can help at least one person not to use him, I will feel that I have done a Godly duty. He made my closing more difficult and worse than it should have been.

He is polite and informative before the contract is signed. Once he is hired, he is rude, unprofessional and does not do the best for you. He took me to closing on the house without informing on important issues before closing date. Buyers out there: if you happen to choose this attorney, please make sure that he actually works for you and keep you posted on important matters way before closing date. If somebody else suggests him to you, you are better off with an attorney who is on your side during closing porcess

I became aware of negative online feedback of John when one of my mortgage clients started asking me about him the day before her closing. I didn't know where she was coming from until I received her e-mail today. Here is what she said: "Dom, Thanks for your help. John Grunert was great. Someone wrote some less than flattering things about him on the net so I was pleasantly surprised. Totally organized, nice and efficient. Hope you and your family have a terrific Christmas and New Years. Ellin" I have been closing purchase and refinance transactions with John for the past 3 years, totally over 100 transactions. He is exactly what my client said and I will continue using his service, and as a result, my clients' transactions always end on a happy note. Used in a real estate transaction mr grunert was rude short with me on the phone, I would not recommend using him

While friendly and informative during the initial meetings, once the closing took place he was illusive and unresponsive. He delayed processes and ultimately did not follow through. In my opinion once he is paid he no longer cares, obviously the potential for repeat business with a real estate closing is minimal so follow through is not a concern. Real Estate agent relationships are more valuable than client relationships.
