Every time I use ZR Per Diem I get fantastic results. They have attorneys who pay attention, take the time to understand pleadings and make strong winning arguments. This is not the standard per diem firm that simply adjourns matters.

I was stuck upstate in a snow storm and had a complex court appearance before a tough Judge in Queens. Z&R's Elliot dd a terrific job.

Wow. Im shocked at the reviews this place is getting. I used them once and I will never use them again. The attorney who appeared in court for me communicated the wrong next appearance date to ZR who in turn communicated it to me. I was the one who discovered the error because I went online on ecourts the next day and saw the date was Ibwas given was wrong. I called ZR and told them the date was wrong and they told me that "courts sometimes change their dates and its my responsibility to confirm the information ZR gives me is correct. Well thank God I did apparently. But here's the kicker. I continued to get email reminders, at least two or three, telling me that the wrong date is the right date. So apparently they don't enter notes in their system when a client calls because I told them AGAIN that the date is wrong. Then, on the wrong appearance date, they sent me another email asking me if I need coverage on that wrong date. They offered me a $60 discount the next time I use them but I thanked them and told them ill go somewhere else. I was also told by other law firms that they consistently make mistakes and transmit the wrong information. Beware if u use this place.

The firm is responsive in general. I received a terrific report about the court appearance, but it comes a day later than the appearance which is a client service problem for me. They seem to be able to arrange coverage on short notice which is terrific.
