Michael handled the sale of our house, purchase of another, and sale of my mother's house. These closings all happened in less than a 3 month period. Throughout each process Michael and his staff were excellent, frequent, and user- friendly communicators. It's hard to imagine a better experience. And a real plus is that Michael has a great sense of humor! I'll miss working with him now that our business has concluded.

My experience with Ackerman Law was a very positive one. I found everyone on the concierge team to be knowledgeable and very responsive. They lead us through the entire process of selling our home seamlessly. Since we were already living out of town, Ackerman Law handled everything for us through closing. They made it a very easy process.

Ackerman law handled the sale of my deceased mothers home. They helped me navigate difficult situation and was very communicative what they needed me to get such as affidavits for the title company to sell my mothers property, Contacting the hoa of my mothers property when I didn't know what bill or form I needed such as water and sewer and help me avoid true foreclosure and contacted all parties needed to make the sale. I say they made navigate this situation I barely understood. Over all I say this law firm is helpful and Informative.

At 64 I have attended a few closings and this was by far the best. I found Mike to be confident, professional, and quite efficient while having a wonderful sense of humor, Mike was also respectful towards both clients and staff! I didn’t feel drained after the closing. It was actually enjoyable, just my bank account is now drained. Haha.
