On my refinance had to pay double per diem resulting in an extra $320 because other attorney processed payment 5 days late. Kaplan & Kaplan & DiTrapani, LLP had no backup on when the check was picked up so I could not dispute with bank. To be clear I'm referring to Kaplan, Kaplan & DiTrapani LLP, Syosset, NY. Not sure what they are referring to when they say, "our firm is not Kaplan & Kaplan, they are a different firm".

Ralph helped me through the injuries I sustained when I had gotten into my car accident. He communicated great and executed everything that needed to be done to see me through the process from beginning to end. Strongly recommend talking to Ralph if you are in need of a lawyer!!

John and his team were so helpful and really looked out for us throughout our first home-buying process. He helped us navigate through what turned out to be a very lengthy period of being in contract (sellers were dragging their feet for 5 months). He took the time to give detailed explanations to all of our questions, and presented us with options when we asked for them. We eventually needed to give the sellers a nudge to close and John executed that very tactfully. When it came to closing, he walked us through everything we signed and now we're finally in our house!
