I would never use the real estate attorney. He does not help with any matters that come to the home closing. He will not fight for his client to get things fixed or repairs. He wants the real estate person to address it. He didn't even show up to our closing and gave us no explanation at all. He sent another lawyer. Just wants your money and that it!!!

Terrible experience. John Piccinnini is unprofessional and disorganized to work with. The representative that was sent to my closing was TWO HOURS LATE which was so embarrassing and held everyone else up. They were also missing a bank certified check that they never asked me to bring and I had 15 minutes to get to a bank. I expressed my dissatisfaction and my emails were ignored with no apology. Truly unprofessional and doesn't take ownership in their mistakes. In response to the reply from the owner: Insinuating my review is malicious is deflection. I was looking through my old emails in cleaning up my records and realized you have a public Google page where anyone can leave a review (at any time, unless you're implying there is a time limit to when someone can leave a review) and wanted to do so. There are other 1-star reviews so it seems like I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. Your statements are false that you "addressed any concerns over the past months" and saying I'm making false statements is ironic considering your false response. You responded once to an email mentioning you would send me documents, another one with a brief unclear explanation, and then your last email to my outlined calculations was "The numbers are correct. Not really sure how else to explain it." My response to that email was ignored, and in between our exchange I had emailed a few times, which were also ignored. Not sure why you feel the need to mention my realtor because this was not a subject that was discussed with them, but perhaps it's part of your pattern with not taking accountability. You did not take responsibility for your colleague's lateness nor acknowledge the missing certified check your team failed to alert me of (even in your response to this review you did not touch upon this...wonder why). Within your response itself, you are trying to diminish the impact of a 2 hour lateness and attempt to misconstrue my review as just an unsatisfactory person with no basis. Ultimately the facts are true - your team was delayed and disorganized during closing, which any reasonable person would be unsatisfied with, I have the emails and the people at the closing to corroborate. I'm sorry you feel the need to respond to negative reviews with an aggressive and deflective tone instead of reflecting upon the way you conduct your business in an effort to improve. I genuinely hope you can learn to take criticism and accountability. Wish you all the best.
