Let me tell you, trying to get disability retirement from a government job is a waking nightmare. after fighting from April 2023 until November 2023 and getting my obligatory 2 rejections, I contacted 3 law firms to inquire about representation. I chose to go with Bell Law because of the personal phone call I received from Nathalie Bell. Elissa Krell, Esq and paralegal Jayne Calderon were assigned to my case. I have not had very many dealings with lawyers in my life, but, Elissa Krell is a BEAST! I had my doubts at first. She didn't get the case filed until the last minute. I felt like I was not a priority. But it was filed on time. And she was on top of the legal stuff, trying to get Office of Personnel Management to respond to the legal stuff (they didn't even with the Judge making motions for them to). So Elissa Krell wrote up a Compel to Reply with a homework assignment for Office of personnel management and they had to swear their answers were the truth...And they cried Uncle! They decided I had a BEAST for a lawyer and they did not want her to eat them alive so they reversed their decision and confirmed my disability retirement. If you need legal assistance, she is your go to BEAST. :-)
