Daniel Johnston was an absolute God send. I had a case in which I had lost complete hope. I’ve never written a review, however after retaining Dan Johnston for a criminal case, I absolutely wanted to. Dan reached out to me quickly after I contacted him. I’d gotten a “criminal marijuana possession” ticket in Nassau County, Long Island, and was concerned for many reasons. One being that case would show up on any background check for a job interview for at least a year. From the start, Dan was very knowledgeable and compassionate towards my situation. He also put my mind at ease over case. I’m still amazed that Dan got my case to be expunged after 30 days instead of 12 months.
