No one can believe a large institution that this can occur. I have been working for over 22 yrs at my job and over 28 yrs in my career. Under New management I experienced mobbing by three superiors when new supervisors came on board. They falsify reports of me not completing my assignments when in fact I was overloaded with additional duties they assigned. They informed several staff were not to come to work and request for me to open dept longer for 7 days a week and one extra hours daily with less staff. We were backlog with over 2800 prescriptions and upper management did not care. My prior years performance appraisal was altered from Outstanding to Fully Successful. I was assigned with prescriptions need to be finished at rate of one every 56 seconds including consultation time with MD. I was abused office by the group many times. This is just a part of what they did. It overloaded me. I could not speak clearly with Law Firm due to my injury. In searching for Law Firm on web I noticed Bell Law Group rating is superior to other firms and rate charge is reasonable. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Attorney Elissa Krell and Jayne Calderon when many things turned upside down with my life.
