Heath represented our family in a successful Chapter 7 case. He was up front with us regarding the process and was very accommodating to our needs, meeting on Saturdays as to not disturb our work/school schedules. The court appointed trustee on the case challenged our petition, however, Heath was diligent in fighting for us and we eventually had the case dismissed in our favor.
