Absolutely a big NO!!! Beware of lawyers like this. Took up a whole month of my time. Rescheduling phone calls over and over. It was almost as if I was begging for his time in which he ended up avoiding my calls. Called him on a different line and he acknowledged it was me and pretended that he had trouble hearing me. I then attempted to call back and it went to voicemail. Never again would I call this lawyer. NO GOOD!!!

Yale is the definition of PHENOMENAL. He got my husband’s lawsuit against his old boss taken care of swiftly and efficiently. He is a great communicator, if you have any questions he is always ready to answer. You usually don’t hope to sue someone again but if I ever needed an employment lawyer ever again he’s the one I’m coming to. You can trust him with your peace of mind. Thank you for doing what you do Yale and for teaching these scum bag bosses who’s really boss…the employees!

Yale is on top of his game don't make a mistake when you have employment issues if you are being treated bad on job or being wrongfully terminated on your job i would say call yale he will be the best call you ever made trust me and great guy would recommend him to all my friends in car industry yale is a car guys attorney 😃

Before I start, I want to say that I’ve had a lot of stress and things happen in the past quarter decade in my life and the stress of being wrongly terminated from a job, just amplifies all of that. Yale was referred to me by my injury attorney and had offered to take my case on a contingency. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, even throughout all of my stress and million emails and billion questions being that this was the first time in my life I have ever experienced having to do something like this. Yale was very professional very helpful and very generous. Even though I was aggravated at the time frame it took although it could have taken much longer as i was informed it seems that things have Happened in much less time than many of these cases could take so for that I am grateful. The only advice to anyone I would have in general when pursuing an employment case is make sure you have everything you need all documents requested and make sure you ask all the questions before starting the process. Ask everything that comes to mind but I would highly recommend Yale to anybody as he has been a great help.
