I would give zero stars if I could!!! As a paralegal of 15 years I have never seen such incompetence! A simple estate that should have taken seven months at the most, drawn out over a year. It was a simple estate, the forms take an hour to draft. Didn't even know to send waivers to distributees. Filed in the wrong county. Didn't file the new will...When we called the Court, to our surprise, documents have been requested and requested by the Surrogates judge, with no response from this jerk for up to three months. When I obtained the index number and got into the estate paper work, the information on the forms was incorrect such as names, dates, etc. Questioning whether or not I will grievance this clown! Stay far away! I also know another family that has been waiting over two years for this clown and his paralegal to do their jobs!!!! SIMPLE ESTATE, NOT THAT HARD. Clearly a "Jack of all trades, Master of NONE!!!"

This character is clueless on divorce law. Not interested in resolving cases, just padding his pockets. Would give zero stars if I could.

Mr. Kurtz has been wonderful with my case and being patient with me. I got everything I needed from my divorce and custody. His paralegal was also a pleasure to work with and very friendly.

I am sure Mr.Kurtz is skilled at what he does. However, his moral code is to be questioned. As someone who claims to advocate for victims of domestic violence, it baffles me that he is willing to represent the abuser if the price is right… Even if that means forcing the victim and child back into an abusive situation, should he be successful. Id like to personally thank you Mr.Kurtz for equipping the man that has physically, mentally & psychologically abused me with the means to force myself and my child back into a dangerous situation.

I had a great experience with Kurtz Law Offices! Has a lot of experience which I think stands him apart from the rest. If I ever need legal help, I will be calling him again for sure. Highly recommend!

Mr. Kurtz is the Best Lawyer That you would want to Keep in your Back Pocket for any Criminal Needs Anyone may Have. Mr. Kurtz Handled Both of My Boy's cases and (as a Mother I was so Worried) , Until I found Mr. Kurtz. He Is the Best Lawyer I have ever known. Mr. Kurtz Knows His Criminal Law. Do not, I repeat do not go to him. I put him on retainer for a custody case and he was terrible. I ended up changing attorneys and I'm glad I did. He does not know what he is doing. He would not communicate with me, continuously dropped the ball and never provided the simple things like a monthly invoice which was stated in the retainer agreement. He charged me every time I emailed him which was never disclosed. So as I'm currently reviewing the invoice that I've been asking for for months now I'm shocked. He charged me for time long before I was a client and continues to charge me after he was no longer my attorney. If I had been provided an invoice monthly like I was supposed to, or at the very least stated in the retainer agreement the charges for emails I would have saved the majority of my money. And don't get me started on his practice. There were so many red flags that I ignored but wish I had listened to. Look for someone else! He's not worth the hassle.

Only a lawyer with no decency would represent a client in a case that amounts to what most people, myself included, animal abuse. This lawyer has no spine, or ability to properly advise his clients to do the smart, right, thing. Lawyers are a dime a dozen, find another one!!!

Bill is an incredible attorney. He did everything he said he would do and much more. Cant thank him enough! There is no other attorney I would ever go with. He's honest and will fight to the end for his clients. He's a rare find in the practice of law!

Bill represented myself in court on many custody issue's. Bill made sure I retained custody. Words can't say enough of what Bill did for me in court. I now have a 15 year relationship with Bill, he handles all of my legal matters. You rock Bill!!
