I've known Bill for many years and he has never disappointed me. He is an exceptional attorney who will fight hard in the most serious of cases. If you ever find yourself in a spot where you truly need someone to fight hard for you and for what is fair, there is no one better. When I was younger, Bill stepped up against a very aggression District Attorney and fought to the end for me. He is also someone that is very trustworthy and compassionate. In all honesty, I would pick Bill to represent me over the most top rated law firms in the state.

Mr. Kurtz is a good lawyer. He is well experienced in family law. Mr. Kurtz is a no nonsense lawyer that advocates strongly for his clients, protects his client's rights, and make sure all involved will play fair. I have used Bill now only from traffic tickets, custody battle of my beautiful granddaughters right up to being my divorce attorney. Bill fights hard when you can’t, he won’t let you be intimidated and will make sure you are treated fair. He has been and will always be my go to guy, worth every dollar

Bill Kurtz gave me excellent legal advice and wrote a letter that helped my family and I stay in the house we were renting while my landlord was being foreclosed upon. He was up-front about fees, and very efficient. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He definitely knows Foreclosure Law and is a fighter you want on your side.
