I was in a bad position on my part with my license, I had a ticket going over 20 mph the speed limit and one over 30 as well in 2 different towns. Mr. Daley did a superb job representing me! They were both reduced when I didn’t think it was possible! Thank you!

I ended up randomly googling lawyers in my area when I panicked after getting my only DWI from a checkpoint on a holiday. I'm in the healthcare field and feared this would forever affect my career. I found Jim because his group of lawers at TeamGreen were the best rated in Syracuse,NY. He treated my consult with empathy, stayed an hour late to review my case and walked me through the possible outcomes without any pressure of hire. Professional, caring, and very knowledgeable! Of course I hired him, his fee beat all the competitors, and he worked with my financial situation. the experience was as painless as could be (given this mistake costs thousands$) and it was reduced to a traffic offense. Additionally, I reached out to him for questions after the conviction, and he gladly called me back. Gladly would hire him twice if misfortune finds me again.

I couldn't believe I could have such a huge lack of judgment, but I did and I have had to pay the price for one night of drinking. Jim was a huge help with my DWI case. I walked into his office embarrassed, scared, upset, and mad at myself for what I did. From the moment of meeting Jim he was kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to me, looked over the situation I got myself into and explained what the next steps were. There is a lot to go through, but take one thing at a time and get through it. I do have to say being organized, timely and doing everything Jim asks you do; you will get a more favorable outcome. This had been such a traumatic experience for me to say the least, but with an amazing lawyer such as Jim Daley by my side I got through it. On day 1 he said you will be a different person when this is all done and he was right. I couldn't ask for a better lawyer and I would recommend him to anybody who has got into trouble. Luckily I found James Daley via random google search, I was facing several tickets. Failure to stop, broken headlight, and unlicensed driving. He consulted me over the phone and gave me a very good price. I ended up getting all but one of my tickets dismissed and 0 pts on my record. Back in April I was arrested for agrivated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .19! In the state of NY they will go back 25 years now any alcohol related offence and hold it against you. Jim helped my out with my DWI. I met with him for the first time the day after my arrest. From that point forward I felt that I was in good hands. All my questions were answered. He explained the process which for a person not familiar with the legal system helped ease some stress. All the differences between the laws and what DMV does where explained and what I would have to do given the possible outcomes. I hired Mr. Daley after my case went unsettled for over 2 years, and my first attorney kept not showing up in court with me, and the Asst. DA in the neighboring county where I was arrested didn't respond either in attempts to get this settled so I could move one with life. Mr. Daley immediately met with me, explained everything as where things were at and my best options for taking the consequences and getting it all settled.
