As an attorney, finding a great firm to team up with is very important for me and more importantly, my clients. Howard and the Olinsky Law Group did fantastic job handling a federal court Social Security Disability appeal for me and my client. Even though the Olinsky Law Group is in upstate New York, they successfully handled my client's federal court appeal in the Eastern District of Texas. Professional and Winners

Greg and his team got us closed on our home but it was like pulling teeth the entire time; Calls and voicemails often went unanswered, and email replies were sporadic. Many of the issues and concerns we had prior to closing could have been addressed easily if communications were better.

The law group denied to assist me with filling a civil action to the Federal District Court. They didn't even request my CD FILE I have with the evidence. I completed an intake for them to assist me with my new SSI application I had filed on my own over 2 months ago. I have medical conditions such as back impairments, suffer with arthraliga (joint pain), arthritis and arthropathy, and mental health conditions. I use a cane, orthopedic sneakers, orthotics, and ankle braces. I was still declined. I received a second declination letter in the mail, both don't explain why in any details. I was then told it was declined due to the over 30,000.00 overpayment I have on SSA. A waiver was supposed to be filed but they were biased about finances when I am on welfare. NO ATTORNEY TALKED TO ME!!!! All I got was a signature on the letters. It is signed by Howard Olinsky!!!!

At first I wasn’t sure who my rep was. Once I got to Terri things went well. Always kept aware of where we were in the process. Also, at the end of my hearing the judge asked if there was anything else we wanted to add. Terri explained how lab work is not consistent from one day to the next, one day I could be on my feet most of the day or sitting most of the day and not always a little of each. I was sitting punching the air mouthing “Yes! Yes! Yes!” Terri was very prompt at getting the results of the hearing to me.

I had been denied twice applying for ssd/ssi. On the third attempt I was awarded. They called me immediately to tell me the judges decision when it was decided. They really talk and listen too their clients and no question is ignored. I wish I had used them when I first applied.
