I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with such an excellent disability law firm, such as Olinsky Law, before it was too late. I originally & wrongfully entrusted another firm without doing the proper research; given all the many options out there and without having the knowledge or experience in this field, I wasted precious time prior to my experience with Olinsky. This prior firm I entrusted completely left me hanging...thinking that after my initial denial, I wasn’t worth their time & effort to pursue/appeal my case. Luckily after discussing my case with Olinsky, they got to work right away; they kept me informed and reassured me along the way, that they could help me with my case. They brought to light with the SSA, the important aspects and details of my case which were keeping me from working and providing for my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, or a better disability law firm to work with. From the initial consultation to the very end, I cannot say enough about how dedicated and caring this law firm is! The careful and conscientious efforts by both my attorney, and entire staff resulted in a “FULLY FAVORABLE” decision for me! It was a long haul, but we got there; together. It was incredible and life-changing for me and my son! I was living on $124 a week for years and supporting the two of us on this. To say I struggled would have been a serious understatement. Thank you does not seem like enough! Words cannot express my appreciation for all of their hard work! I will happily recommend this law firm any time I hear of someone needing the services they provide. I realize that every claim is different and requires a different approach and sometimes more work. Most of the time, calls were immediately returned. If not, there was always a sincere apology. All of my questions were answered. I knew long before the pre-hearing or hearing what to expect and THAT was a huge load off my mind. My case was handled by Matthew Natoli, Esq. and overseen by Howard Olinsky, Esq. with the constant support of Shane Bergen, my SS Case Manager. I cannot say enough about all of the staff as well! They were always so friendly and NEVER did I feel like a number. I especially have to mention Colleen Buske! Who answers a text at 3 or 4 am? THIS GIRL DOES! Above and BEYOND just does not even describe the dedication she puts into her job. She never made me feel like I was bothering her (at 3 or 4 am??) WOW! I was not expecting a human at that hour. I thought maybe in a day or two, but no, not Colleen! She was on it! I can’t count the times I was stressed out and scared about all of the confusion that the process held for me and she and Shane and Matthew were AMAZING! I felt well prepared and even though I was scared and nervous about the hearing and testifying to the judge, they were there for me day or night! I had issues getting my paperwork together, but they helped in any way they could, reaching out to my doctors by mail, email and by telephone. I would use the 4 P’s to describe the incredible team work of the Olinsky Law Group; Patient, Polite, Prepared and Professional. I remember during the hearing, Matthew sat with me and reassured me I had a good case and offered me ways to calm myself down and told me that if I got stuck he was there for me. He even gave me a hug after the judge had us take a break. I remember I completely broke down and sobbed during the testifying about how my MS has affected my life. Matthew is an incredible attorney and an even better human being. Shane and Colleen were equally as comforting. Bedside manner really does go a long way, especially from folks who have seen their share of hospital beds and doctor's offices! Word of mouth is a very powerful thing and I have a big mouth as this firm now knows. :-) And ALL of this during a Pandemic? WOW! GREAT JOB to ALL of the INCREDIBLE team at Olinsky Law Group, LLC.!
