Do not use this law group! My daughter was not represented by an real attorney. The guy they send to represent us sat in the hearing and listen to the judge remarks in which the judge told my daughter and I that were too poor for my daughter to be disable. When I called and told Olinsky law group that the statements she made was very racist due to the fact black people have always been poor because our ancestors were slaves. Only 6% of blacks make a yearly salary of $100,000. Your law firm is very out of touch with reality. Yes we’re poor and family isn’t white but no judge us God. Only God is God. Niki from the Workers Compensation group has been very helpful. Niki is informative and always gives me the time to address issues/concerns I have. Nike has been a positive influence and I appreciate her willingness to take an objective viewpoint regarding how an injured worker sees the processes we must navigate.

Olinsky law group never gave up on my disability claim. It took 7 years to settle it, but we finally got our settlement. Thank you to the lawyers, especially Kevin, for everything. Now, if you need to call for any reason, don't expect to get a friendly or polite person to answer your call. The initial girl didn't speak clearly and I asked her to repeat what they said and I got an attitude. (You could almost hear her eyes roll when she had to say her name again). I was then transferred to another woman who said "hello" and then nothing else. I waited a few seconds and when she didn't say anything else, I said, I'm on hold for someone to help me. Then she said it was her, but didn't say her name. I finally had to ask for her name and I didn't hear it very well, I think it started with a "J". Anyway, it ended up, after she lied to me about my case, (she said they were waiting on the awards letter, which I received 2 months prior to my call) that I finally got somewhat of an answer. I think the the company should train the people they hire, to answer their phones politely, when dealing with the with the clients. Thank you.
