Don't do buisness with these people. They are incompetent. Can't do their paperwork correctly. And won't accept responsibility for their mistakes. Think hard about paying your hard earned money to them to represent you in a court of law.

Confident, polite and understanding are the best words I can think of when I reflect on the relationship. You get the feeling that "They've got this. Relax." Best decision I made was to call them for a quote and setting up an appointment.

I got into a very serious car accident about a year ago. Scott Brenneck stuck by me and helped down a long road. Police from an outback Upstate NY PD-- a real rag-tag group-- knocked on my apartment door and arrested me. After they couldn't think of a charge that would stick, they went with drunk in public! Totally trumped-up charges. I have Scott Brenneck on speed dial, and his team dropped the charges like a hot potato.
