My son got into some trouble, and I have never had to hire a lawyer. I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect. My lawyer was Jennifer. She was AMAZING. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She was also great with my son. And I will be honest, he's young and was not the easiest person to deal with. But she knew exactly how to handle him. Everything worked out for him. Thanks to Jennifer and her team!!! I also can't say enough about Zach. Every time I called, he was so down to earth and friendly. He gave me the best compliment about being a Mom. I will never forget that. A great bunch of people!!!

Very unprofessional. I called to inquire about representation. Spoke to Russell and gave him the proposal for my legal situation. He told me that he would represent me. The case was against Crouse hospital. I emailed him all my information to get the ball rolling. He never got back to me until 2 years later asking me do I still need representation. By this time the hospital had garnished my wages and I never got the representation which initially was to stop them from illegally suing me. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this firm as it left a pretty bad image by the way my case was mishandled
