They are very kind they listened and answered every question that needed to be asked you could text call or email them and you most definitely will get your answer and I fault Comfortable my Experience with them was awesome under the circumstances I went through but I can tell you never again. I had an initial consultation with Heather Youngman in April of 2023 for what was to be an uncontested divorce. At that time I decided not to retain her as I didn't think their would be a need. Fast forward to a week ago and my ex has filed all kinds of crazy motions and and I needed to urgently retain her. I spoke with Jeff in her office who did at first provide a second consultation with an associate attorney at the firm. I was told that if I hadn't been served yet there was nothing they could do and to call them back this week. I tried for 2 days to get Jeff to have one of the attorneys call me so I could retain them. Jeff was extremely unprofessional and kept making promises to speak to the attorneys and call me back. He never did. Fortunately, I was able to get in contact with another attorney who immediately addressed my concerns and as is working with me on next steps in this difficult time. It is entirely possible that Heather Youngman is a competent attorney but do not expect her to be responsive.
