Sebastian Piedmont (Sabby) was awesome and responsive. I went through a really messy divorce, and he worked his butt off to make sure I was aware of what was going on at all times; despite my ex using incredibly shady “tactics.” It was a grueling and rough process, but together he helped save me from having to pay my unfaithful ex roughly $20k. 5 out of 5 stars. Would definitely recommend for my next divorce lol! All jokes aside, never doing that again, but Sabby was awesome.

Sebastian Piedmont and Kyle Starks did a great job helping out and providing me counsel during a very difficult process and time in my life. They advised me down the path that would best benefit me even when they could have gotten more money from me. I would absolutely return to them in the future.

Horrendous Law Firm...I'm totally disabled from a car accident in 2019 cervical spine surgery, a disk replacement, irreversible nerve damage, a 2nd surgery with torn major and minor rhomboids, haven't worked since...life of pain, lost my job home, car... they got me exactly $0.00 dollars, none...I still suffer, SSDI finally gave me the bare minimum to recoup any life. This firm is in Buffalo, no real presence in Syracuse, Rochester, Utica, or anywhere else, tiny satelliteoffices at best. Their lawyers we inexperienced and completely destroyed by the local lawyers. I spoke to other lawyers and all said this should've started at 150k minimum as a no brainer case, and that the local attorneys don't like this firm because they flood the area with ads and take business because people believe they must be good, they're not. Stay far away...these guys spend on massive advertising and I didn't so much as hear from Bill, William, whatever the star of his own commercials calls himself. STAY AWAY! & NEVER agree to binding arbitration with a rookie firm with no experience. There was no evidence in my file of a degerative disk and no evidence entered by my neurologist surgeon and yet Mattar's young, green attorney's let the binding arbitrator push this from a Geico doctor who hit my knee with a rubber hammer. I also suggested we wait to have the 2nd rhomboid surgery and was advised that the initial surgery was more than enough. Stay Away. Stay with experienced and Local lawyers, never go to arbitration with clueless representation. I got his auto generated happy Birthday card today I will return to sender advising removal from their marketing fictional firm. With regards to my coverage limits my policy was the maximum allowed at 500,000.00 and the texting driver who hit me was 100,000.00 (50,000.00) lower than what other attorneys have said to me should have been a starting point for this case. You needed to surpass his low 100,000 to utilize my half a million dollar policy. Instead it was zero...notta, nothing...unimaginable! Thank God for those lawyers and judges who reviewed my social security disability because without that, after losing my 6 figure job, home, car, credit, and savings...I would be homeless and unable to survive. Lastly stay away from any Arbitrator named Paul V. Mullen he's a partner in Sugarman Law Firm and they defend insurance companies (of whom I am certain Geico is one of them, likely on retainer, to issue this egregious arbitration ruling based on Geico doctors rubber hammer to the knee exam) If there's any FBI or Law enforcement offices, this would be an excellent investigation 🔎)

Worst lawyers you can get, run from this place. They don't have a clue what they are doing and the work deals behind your back.

I would recommend this law firm 100%. Steve was an incredible attorney with difficult circumstances stacked against us. He communicated effectively, as it was difficult for me since I live out of state. My case was settled rather quickly and with the best possible outcome. The receptionists were always very kind & the firm itself was welcoming.
