As with many other reviews here, our experience was extremely disappointing. Paid for consultation and an additional $1500 as a preliminary retainer for a grandparent visitation matter. Received no response to inquiries regarding the case after waiting a month, only thing she did right was refund our retainer. Only gave one star for this review so I could warn others, do not engage this attorney. I would have left a solid negative five stars if possible.

Nick DeMartino is a grade A attorney. When you go to court you want a lawyer who is thoroughly prepared to argue the facts of your case AND get you the best results possible. Nick represented me on a case and I had a favorable outcome on some serious charges. I would recommend him to anyone that is in a legal jam and serious about getting a lawyer.
